In this role, Carson will focus on serious injury cases, including workers’ compensation, slip-and-fall, and motor vehicle accidents, supporting clients with strategic counsel and practical solutions that reflect our firm’s commitment to excellence and client service.
Although she refers to herself as “just a small-town girl,” we recognize Carson’s gift for passionate advocacy, and we consider ourselves fortunate to welcome her to our team of dedicated legal professionals.

Carson’s Heart for Supporting Clients
Carson earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class, served as Writing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, and was a Caruthers Teaching Fellow. Before joining our firm, Carson spent several years defending employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and liability matters, gaining valuable experience in advocacy and negotiation.
With a background and a dedicated heart for client support, it is an understatement to call Carson a strong addition to our team.
Outside the office, Carson enjoys involvement with local service and pageantry organizations, boating with her husband and their two dogs, and trying new restaurants.
