Carson Howell serves as the Receptionist and Medical Records Specialist at CRM&K. Carson is usually the first face you see or first voice you hear. She speaks with potential clients and captures intake information so that the lawyers can follow up. She is also responsible for obtaining, organizing, and managing medical documentation that plays a vital role in the firm’s legal cases. Her attention to detail and understanding of both medical and legal processes help ensure that records are accurate, complete, and handled with strict confidentiality.

Born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama, Carson is a graduate of Hokes Bluff High School. Her local roots and strong work ethic make her a valuable part of the team.

Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with friends.
