A Gadsden attorney is awarded the highest honor given by the American Association for Justice. Gregory Cusimano was presented the Leonard M. Ring "Champion of Justice" Award last week at the association's annual banquet in New York. His peers selected him for his outstanding contributions to the civil justice system, overall character and integrity, and for his contributions to the public good and welfare. Cusimano is well known in legal circles throughout the United States as an ambassador for the civil justice system. He is a much sought after author, teacher and consultant and is considered as one of the nation's foremost authorities in all matters of litigation. Cusimano has been practicing law since 1968 and is a partner in the law firm of Cusimano, Roberts & Mills in Gadsden.
Gregory S. Cusimano previously received the highest designation as a “Diplomat” of Trial Advocacy by the National College of Advocacy. In addition, Cusimano recently completed courses in Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy and was recognized by the American Association for Justice (AAJ) at its annual convention in Vancouver Canada. There have been only approximately 10 people in the country who have completed this course of study.
Professional Recognition programs recognize attorney efforts in pursuit of advanced legal learning and professional development. The goal of this program is to build and develop professional knowledge through a continuing commitment to improving members’ trial skills and understanding of substantive law.
